FRANKLIN (Somerset) – Bussel Realty Corp., an industrial and retail real estate services firm in Edison, has leased 25,000 square feet at 72 Veronica Ave. to a manufacturing firm.

Bussel leased the space, Units 6 through 10, in the 50,000-square-foot industrial building to Infinity Fragrances, which specializes in premium fragrance manufacturing.

The transaction brings the property to 100 percent occupancy.

Gregory Irving, executive vice president and partner, and Anthony Mircovich, vice president, of Bussel, represented the landlord, Veronica Development Association, in the transaction. Antonio DeCicco of ReMax Instyle Realty represented Infinity Fragrances.

72 Veronica Ave. is part of Franklin Technical Center, a complex consisting of two 50,000-square-foot buildings located between Princeton and Rutgers Universities. The buildings are zoned medium industrial with the majority of the space used by life sciences and technology firms.
